Spicy Chickpea Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas (240g)
- 1 medium cucumber, diced (150g)
- 1 medium tomato, diced (150g)
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped (50g)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (15g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (2g)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (1g)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, diced cucumber, diced tomato, and chopped red onion.
- Add the chopped cilantro to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine all ingredients.
