Cheesy Sweet Potato and Meat Bake
Ingredients:
- 200g Gruyere Cheese
- 200g Gouda Cheese
- 100g Feta Cheese
- 150g Brie Cheese
- 300g Sweet Potatoes
- 300g Potatoes
- 200g Yogurt
- 250g Steak
- 200g Macaroni
- 2 Eggs
- 50g Parsley
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Hot Pepper
- 300g Mincemeat

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, cook the steak until browned, then add the mincemeat and cook until fully browned. Season with black pepper and hot pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, cooked macaroni, cooked meat mixture, and chopped parsley.
- In another bowl, mix the yogurt and eggs until smooth, then fold in the Gruyere, Gouda, and Brie cheeses until well combined.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the potato and meat mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
