Cheesy Sweet Potato and Meat Bake



Ingredients:

  • 200g Gruyere Cheese
  • 200g Gouda Cheese
  • 100g Feta Cheese
  • 150g Brie Cheese
  • 300g Sweet Potatoes
  • 300g Potatoes
  • 200g Yogurt
  • 250g Steak
  • 200g Macaroni
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Parsley
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot Pepper
  • 300g Mincemeat

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet, cook the steak until browned, then add the mincemeat and cook until fully browned. Season with black pepper and hot pepper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, cooked macaroni, cooked meat mixture, and chopped parsley.
  • In another bowl, mix the yogurt and eggs until smooth, then fold in the Gruyere, Gouda, and Brie cheeses until well combined.
  • Pour the cheese mixture over the potato and meat mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
