Protein Shake with Banana

A refreshing protein shake in a tall glass, blended with ripe banana slices, topped with a banana garnish, and served with a straw


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana (approximately 118g)
  • 1 scoop (30g) of gluten-free, keto-friendly protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) of almond butter
  • 1 cup (240ml) of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) of chia seeds

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Instructions:

  • Peel the banana and place it in a blender.
  • Add the protein powder, almond butter, almond milk, and chia seeds to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
