Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (60g carbs)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g protein)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (10g fat)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (5g carbs, 2g protein, 3g fat)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (0g carbs, 0g protein, 0g fat)
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or erythritol (0g carbs, 0g protein, 0g fat)

Instructions:
