Keto Salmon with Sweet Potato and Broccoli

 

A perfectly cooked keto-friendly salmon fillet served with roasted sweet potato wedges and steamed broccoli, garnished with fresh herbs and a lemon wedge

Ingredients:

  • 200g Salmon fillet
  • 150g Sweet potato
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Peel and cube the sweet potato, then toss it in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  • While the sweet potatoes are roasting, prepare the salmon by drizzling it with the remaining olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • After 20 minutes, add the salmon fillet to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet to steam with the salmon and sweet potatoes.
  • Once everything is cooked, serve the salmon with the roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli.
