Keto Salmon with Sweet Potato and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 150g Sweet potato
- 100g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Baking sheet
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Mixing bowl
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel and cube the sweet potato, then toss it in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sweet potato cubes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, prepare the salmon by drizzling it with the remaining olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper.
- After 20 minutes, add the salmon fillet to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes and roast for an additional 15 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the baking sheet to steam with the salmon and sweet potatoes.
- Once everything is cooked, serve the salmon with the roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli.
