Instructions:

  • Add 100g of icing sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla essence into the whipped cream.
  • Continue whisking until the mixture forms soft peaks, being cautious not to over-whip.
  • Take the pre-baked cake and place it on a serving plate.
  • Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the top of the cake, ensuring even coverage.
  • You can also add some whipped cream on the sides for a decorative effect.
  • Optionally, garnish the cake with some additional icing sugar on top for extra sweetness.
