Protein-Packed Chocolate Cake

 



Ingredients:

  • 200g of almond flour
  • 150g of protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 100g of honey
  • 4 large eggs
  • 50g of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200ml of almond milk
  • 50g of dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Baking Pan
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then slice into 5 servings.
