Protein-Packed Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
- 200g of almond flour
- 150g of protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 100g of honey
- 4 large eggs
- 50g of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 200ml of almond milk
- 50g of dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisk
- Baking Pan
- Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for a few minutes, then slice into 5 servings.
