Garlic Mushroom Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

 


Ingredients:

  • 250g of Pasta
  • 200g of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 150g of Mushrooms

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Microvawe Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  • Chop the mushrooms and mince the garlic.
  • In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, chopped mushrooms, and minced garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for seasoning.
  • Transfer the vegetable mixture to the air fryer basket and air fry for about 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cherry tomatoes are slightly blistered.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the air-fried vegetables, mixing well to combine all flavors.
