Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp of peppermint extract
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions:

  • Brew the coffee using your preferred method.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat until hot, but not boiling.
  • Whisk in cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and sugar until well combined and smooth.
  • In each mug, pour 1/2 cup of brewed coffee and top with the chocolate peppermint mixture.
  • Add whipped cream on top and sprinkle crushed peppermint candies for garnish.
