Paleo Overnight Oats with Almonds Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Cups
  • Jar or Container

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and almond milk.
  • Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a jar or container and top with sliced almonds.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak up the liquid and flavors.
  • In the morning, give the overnight oats a good stir and enjoy cold or warmed up.
