Quick Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200g of ramen noodles
  • 50g of soy sauce
  • 100g of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, minced
  • 2 spring onions, for garnish

Instructions:
