Oven-Roasted Chicken with Broccoli and Potato Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 500g of free-range chicken breasts
  • 300g of potatoes, cubed
  • 200g of broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated potatoes on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are roasting, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any other preferred spices.
  • In the air fryer, add the chicken breasts and cook at 180°C (356°F) for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until fully cooked.
  • In the last 5 minutes of cooking, steam the broccoli florets on the stove top until tender yet still bright green.
  • Once everything is cooked, serve the oven-roasted potatoes alongside the air-fried chicken and steamed broccoli.
