Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 100g of sliced turkey breast
  • 50g of whole wheat tortilla
  • 50g of ripe avocado
  • 30g of lettuce
  • 20g of tomato
  • 10g of mustard

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Mixing bowl
  • Wrap
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Start by laying the whole wheat tortilla flat on the cutting board.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a spoon and spread it evenly over the tortilla.
  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado mash.
  • Add the lettuce and diced tomato on top of the turkey.
  • Drizzle mustard over the veggies for extra flavor.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla to wrap all the ingredients tightly.
  • Slice the wrap in half, and it's ready to serve.
