Turkey and Avocado Wrap
Ingredients:
- 100g of sliced turkey breast
- 50g of whole wheat tortilla
- 50g of ripe avocado
- 30g of lettuce
- 20g of tomato
- 10g of mustard
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Mixing bowl
- Wrap
- Spoon
Instructions:
- Start by laying the whole wheat tortilla flat on the cutting board.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with a spoon and spread it evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado mash.
- Add the lettuce and diced tomato on top of the turkey.
- Drizzle mustard over the veggies for extra flavor.
- Carefully roll the tortilla to wrap all the ingredients tightly.
- Slice the wrap in half, and it's ready to serve.
