Spinach and Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 medium banana (about 118g)
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (150g)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (120ml)
- 2 tbsp of peanut butter (32g)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds (12g)
- 1/4 cup of granola (30g)
- 1 tbsp of honey (21g)

Instructions:
- Add spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
