Spinach and Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1 medium banana (about 118g)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk (120ml)
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter (32g)
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds (12g)
  • 1/4 cup of granola (30g)
  • 1 tbsp of honey (21g)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Bowl
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Add spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.
  • Top with peanut butter, chia seeds, granola, and honey.
  • Serve with a spoon and enjoy!
