Spicy Vegetable Stir-Fry


Ingredients:

  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 4 cloves of Garlic
  • 200g Cauliflower
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 200g Cabbage
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 150g Green Peas

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat on the stove.
  • Chop the onion, green chillies, garlic, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, potatoes, and prepare the green peas.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan, and sauté until they become translucent.
  • Add the chopped green chillies, cauliflower, carrot, and potatoes to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  • Next, add the cabbage and green peas, continuing to stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until all vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine all flavors.
  • Serve hot as a nutritious breakfast.
