- 200g Cauliflower
- 1 medium Carrot
- 200g Cabbage
- 2 medium Potatoes
- 150g Green Peas

Instructions:
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat on the stove.
- Chop the onion, green chillies, garlic, cauliflower, carrot, cabbage, potatoes, and prepare the green peas.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the pan, and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the chopped green chillies, cauliflower, carrot, and potatoes to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
- Next, add the cabbage and green peas, continuing to stir-fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until all vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine all flavors.
- Serve hot as a nutritious breakfast.
