Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Scramble

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium Potato, diced
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 2 Green Chillies, chopped
  • 100g Chicken, diced

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove top.
  • Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  • Add the chopped onion and green chillies, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the diced chicken and cook until it's no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the chopped tomato and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble everything together until the eggs are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
