Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice
Ingredients:
- 150g of chicken breast
- 100g of brown rice
- 50g of bell peppers
- 50g of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 30g of onions
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Wok
- Spatula
- Knife
- Cutting Board
Instructions:
- Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breast cut into strips and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and onions to the pan, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Serve the stir-fry over brown rice.
