Chicken Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  • 150g of chicken breast
  • 100g of brown rice
  • 50g of bell peppers
  • 50g of broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic
  • 30g of onions

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  • While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chicken breast cut into strips and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and onions to the pan, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • Serve the stir-fry over brown rice.
