Cinnamon Baked Pumpkin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium pumpkin (about 2-3 pounds)
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pumpkin in half and scoop out the seeds and stringy pulp.
- Place the pumpkin halves in a baking dish, cut side up.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and melted butter.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pumpkin flesh.
